I’m pleased with the transaction
I’m pleased with the transaction. I didn’t expect that it would take this long to receive my order but I guess it was a free delivery. What I do wish to convey is that the order was packaged exceptionally well. Best ever. Job well done.

There was spillage all inside the package
The shipment wasn't packed properly. There was spillage all inside the plastic box in which the face wash tubes were packed. I spent a long time cleaning and dryinf them off. Please take better care next time. Order id: 728140

Great, genuine, good quality stuff, but super slow shipping!
Two stars because products are genuine and they really take care of all the paperwork, no extra taxes, etc. Deducting three stars because even with express shipping, they took 15 days to deliver my order. Taking more than 2-3 days to pack, ship, & handle the paperwork for a package is a waste of time & resources. I feel customers should know upfront how long it will take to ship their product. This is probably the reason your shipping policy says 5-7 business days "after shipping". Maybe it's time to work on a "before shipping SLA". Again, no complaints about the product or its quality; it is just the shipping process that is super slow!

Good material and colour
Hi, I received my item in good time. My only issue was the wrong size. I needed medium salwar suit. What I received was a small size. Is there a way to replace this item? I like the colour and material very much.
