Distacart.comReviews of distacart.com

had a great experience shopping with Distacart! I recently ordered 10 bottles of Khadi Natural Sandalwood Essential Oil (15 ml each), and everything arrived safely and well-packaged. The oils smell absolutely amazing — rich, calming, and exactly what I was hoping for. You can really tell the quality is there. Delivery was smooth, and the whole process felt reliable and easy. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend Distacart for authentic products!

Updated to 3 stars after resolution. If there was better communication I would have gone up to 4 stars. They do care and sent the package the second time with a faster courier. Ordered. Tracking never worked as expected. Ultimately see tracking saying RTO delivered after weeks - not sure what this means. No communication. I have just written an email and hopefully I can at least get a refund. I should have realised this is a dodgy site based on the website and how the tracking made no sense.
