Traditional Indian products in good prices
My order arrived quickly, just a few days after delivery date, (5 weeks to Europe) Products were in good condition and the company service is really good. I will order again 🙂

Product not delivered
I had ordered a few products, including Vitamin C and Kojic Acid from Derma Co. However, I received two bottles of Kojic Acid, and the Vitamin C serum was missing from the delivery. It has now been over a week since I reported this issue, and I have yet to receive any resolution or update from your team. This delay and lack of communication are quite disappointing.

I paid for 2 day shipping for $18.76…
I paid for 2 day shipping for $18.76 and it did not come in 2 days, it took a week and my $18.76 was not refunded for standard shipping.

I ordered gavyamart black sesame oil and ingredients on package show groundnut oil. It’s very disappointing to receive products like that. I don’t know now if it’s groundnut oil or sesame oil
