Timely delivery and kept me well informed.

I have ordered many times from your site. This time the package of hair growth serum I order was not packaged properly . The serum got leaked all over the box and about half of the bottle was leaked . This was really disappointing .

Great vendor and great people. I keep ordering from them and the time for delivery is amazing (less than 2 weeks!) seen the products are coming from India. They are reliable and delivery is always great. Suggestion for improvement: the site web. Search within the site is not reliable and not once I had to use an external link from internet to get the product I wanted, as the search within app would give zero results; I would have given up and shopped elsewhere if I wasn't so sure they have the product.

I would not even give 1 star to distract. I ordered mamaearth citrus nude lipstick , the seller sent me some different shade dark maroon and kept fake citrus nude sticker to it . When I tried to return distacart said pack shouldn’t be opened then only they will take return . Which means even if we get wrong items we should keep them cuz we opened it ?and they said 4-5$ shipping cost I have to pay for 15$ item and if it’s opened they won’t refund . I always buy at Amazon , eBay, Etsy they have 30 day guarantee but distacart I have worst experience . I’ll never buy and never recommend distacart..
