Excellent service. Their customer service team responds in a timely manner. You're not left guessing or hoping the package is coming. The packaging is absolutely great, I ordered several liquid products and they all came out without any leaks. One product is known to be leaky, so their team put it in a plastic box, put bubble wrap inside, and heavy wrap outside the box, at no extra charge, and fortunately the product came out fine on my end. Although the delivery times have been about 1 month on average, I just pre order anything that I estimate will run out in a month, so I don't mind it. I do understand it takes time to import products. Overall very happy with their service. Great work team!
