If I could give Flow 0 Stars, I would. I don’t understand how Flow is one of the biggest service providers. They are incompetent and ridiculous. This company need dissolving.

Give people the service and modems they need. Stop delivering old crap modems, that used to be on retirement. The service they all read from a pre written code and copy paste that in the chat. It's every time the same. Stop only thinking about money, provide better service.

I was a student at UWI in 2006 completing a Bachelor's Degree and all of my friends complained about slow internet and internet dropping. Fast forward to 2025 my kid is completing a Bachelor's every freaking night the internet drop. Flow is an embarrassment. You can't sustain a university? Leave the internet business then. Imagine this university allowing this to happen for decades. Like are you on 1 GB plan?

3 hrs on watsapp waiting for a live agent....still waiting Currently 15 mins on hold on phone ..anniying dreadful music...still no agent Jamaica flow treats customers badly because they have the monopoly....

Worst service ever. Their lack of information is legendary. "I don't know" should be their slogan

Prices need to come down. Way too expensive for Barbados.

Thieves. Almost everytime i turn off my data before it said it expired and it still took away all the credit i had left on the phone🙄👎 Considering to switch to digicel at this point

Terible service, I got a new phone and am now locked out despite topping up. They need clear and specific instructions
