Alas zero rating not permitted. Flow TCI is completely dysfunctional. The service falls over all the time and once again I have zero service because there has been a local breeze. Utterly useless as a firm. Customer service polite but entirely ineffective (often they can't even route the messages to their own engineers). Appalling. We need Starlink everywhere to have a modern internet.

My wife and I had one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever encountered at the Flow Cayman store in Galleria Plaza. We waited approximately one hour and a half just to obtain an eSIM for my wife’s new phone, a process that should take minutes. The queue system is completely disorganized and ineffective, creating unnecessary delays and frustration for customers. To make matters worse, when our names were finally called, we were attended by a staff member who was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in assisting customers. If someone does not like working with the public, they simply should not be in a customer facing role. As a direct result of this experience, we have decided to port our phone numbers to Digicel Cayman in the near future, so we never have to go through this type of experience again. This level of service is unacceptable for a company of Flow’s size and reputation.

Flow contacted me to convert my prepaid account to a postpaid account. I agreed to convert if I could keep my DIGICAL business phone number, a phone number I had for 10+ years I was told that could be done but it would take a few days to accomplish. Typically you must activate the account however, some eager sales rep activated the account and I ended up with a new number. I request to cancel the service several time which they eventually did but I was billed for both numbers. My number was ported close to three weeks later but in the mean time I purchased prepaid credit. I'm now being told that I had a *HYBRID* sim which allow you to buy credit to add to your POSTPAID account. I was never told this so now I have been billed $17,000 for post paid service I never know I had ..THE VERY IDEA THAT YOU CAN BUY PREPAID CREDIT FOR A POSTPAID ACCOUNT MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE.. Its a scam

Flow shouldn’t even be allowed to operate. Period. Poor customer service and poor internet service.

When the data ends Flow steals your main credit. How am I to reactivate my plan if they steal back the credit. I bought a $1,000 credit and before I could activate the plan, Flow stole over 75% of the credit, I just bought. DIGICEL DOES NOT DO THAT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. Worst thing is, Flow is suppose to be a Jamaican Company. I'm burning my Flow sim or switching back to DIGICEL. Worst Mobile Company ever. Stop stealing credit and find out how DIGICEL treats their customers. THIEVES!!! #ZEROSTARS #FLOWSUX

Flow is a real disaster. The worst that could have happened to Curacao. You pay for 16 Mbs and the maximum that you receive is 4-5 Mbs. It is just horrible.

On Monday, October 13, 2025, I received a call from Flow offering an upgrade to include cable channels for only $10, which I found highly suspicious. After researching, I discovered they had been OVERCHARGING me, $485 for a basic internet package. Instead of addressing the overcharging transparently, Flow tried to obscure the issue by pushing a new package deal, which I find very UNETHICAL I was told to visit the (Price Plaza) branch, where the customer service was extremely poor and of course showed NO EMPATHY. They corrected the billing system to reflect a $300 rate but refused to reimburse me or credit my account for years of overcharges. They also insisted that I still have to pay $485 for this month’s bill since it was already issued. Even if I had accepted the offer, I still would have been paying approx. $50 more because the bundled package with Cable TV and free calls cost $442. "Is this company serious?" I wish I could give them zero rating. Flow where is your INTEGRITY?
