The service is so poor like I am literally irritated, like you purchase a seven day plan the service is extremely slow an it gets worst as the days go by. Like I can't watch a show in peace because it's not working. If I could give flow zero stars I would. So disappointed

There are so much problems with this wifi like all of a sudden it drops at random times and even when connected everything moves slow

Update on my experience with Flow. Decided to go to the office at Sovereign Center where I had set up account. The rep apologized and said that when I purchased the 28-day plan, the cashier should have activated it but never did so. She advised that this would now be taken care of. This was on Wed, May 22 yet still nothing done at this point on Fri, May 24. Called their customer service number (100) and waited patiently on line. Eventually a rep answered who told me that he could not pull up my account and it could be a systems issue so he would transfer me to another associated. He promptly hung up. Calling them AGAIN and was told that the associate at Sovereign who had promised to activate the plan and give me the credit never did so and did not notate the account. Guess since Jamaica is a banana republic, the corporate entities do not care how they treat their customers.

I can say one of two things. I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving from this carrier. Customer service is horrible. Untrained staff are not able to provide assistance. I work in a customer service environment and trust me!! Flow only hired people for coverage sake. How can you scheduled a technician for a specific time of the day and it’s a no show!!! Without a call or text message?! Flow is not flowing!! Do better!!

Today I spoke to an amazing agent (Aldair Steel) from retention and I am pleased with his level of customer service. I was so frustrated and wanted to end my service with flow. Mr. Steel took the time out and listened keenly then assess the issue, explained and fix the issue. Mr Steele need to train most of your agents about good customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kudos 🎉😁

They have the worse customer service agents. Right now I’m on hold with shan girl this is ridiculous. Not even to say hey I’m working on this for you she is just hoping I drop off the line. 20 mins now. I’m changing to so other internet provider this is horrible
