Good internet. But the workers are unprofessional. Need more customers service teaching. My internet cord has been down for a month n couple weeks now. (My bill is paid in full). But it seems that the workers need cash from me to reconnect my line. N that’s total crap. They review my ticket number over n over and nothing fix until now. Flow needs TO GET BETTER EMPLOYEES. I always pay on time.

Absolutely abysmal company, like from the dark ages of the internet. Id stay very far away from them . This is a warning to any new clients if you want to get ripped off by all means use Flow

This is one of the worse services i has ever gotten it has been two day since i have been with out internet. When ever i try to call. I am forward to an answer machine saying that they are working on it. My Neighbor has internet. But I do not, and we live right next to each other. This is definitely the worst service ever. So if you can avoid flow, do your best to avoid it, there must be other companies that would do a better job than what they're doing right now. They are worse, I regret having applied for the service.It's the worst.

The customer service is horrible. It’s really bad! In person and over the phone. If you can avoid this place please do. Find another service. Also the customer service lady was asking me could she have my bracelets I was wearing! Unbelievable!!

The WORST!!!!!! company in the world. Agents are disrespectful and don't assist you technicians are charging you to fix the wires at your home for their personal gain. I have been without internet 2 months and is still expected to pay a bill I am beyond frustrated with flow and I am terminating this service

I swear I wouldn't have made the switch if I knew flow was the same Ole cable and wireless I grew up with. Firstly your customer service is ridiculous, agents don't have the same information as the store reps. I mean they see COMPLETELY different information. Also what is with forcing people to speak with your WhatsApp AI???? It's just there to irritate you.... This is my first month with flow, I joined the yard and road plan with TV. I followed the steps online as directed and still had confusion. The technician came to my house with only 1 TV box after I requested 2 and was told I'd only be charged for 1. I went through a hard time getting that sorted out, I had to go to a flow location to put in the request because I was not going to pay for flows negligence with incorrect information. Then I lost my service for a whole week! I couldn't work at home and my old age father could not teach his classes online(no compensation offerred)... Finally I go my first bill which was due 4 days ago and I woke up to a new bill today stating that my current charges has been more than crippled from the 5,096 to 18,956... Now this is where it gets ridiculous because calling their customer service you STRUGGLE to get to an actual person. I even heard their IVR telling me a completely different balance for the account with even a 10,900 payment made the previous month! This is my 1st month in flow!!! And when I got through to an agent she had some kind of Caribbean accent, she refused to listen to me and proceeded to just tell me the same scrap she saw on the system, even tried to tell me that I requested the technician who came to fix the mistake. At the end of all that when I asked for a supervisor the line went dead. As if she didn't want to talk to me anymore.... I FULLY regret switching from digital because at least they know customer service and their system doesn't have half as much errors or problems or technical issues or downtime or none of that!!!! For those who a read this and thinking of leaving to come to flow DONT unless you want more stress in your life.

Once again we sat here all morning with no phones, no TV no internet, no WiFi. It’s a regular occurance, Flow is a diabolical, poor service. No telephone number to report a fault, the only number now being a payment line and the supposed customer service number is off island and unobtainable, ironically even from our Flow mobile!!!! And as for the email address info@ etc.etc….. good luck with that because they just bounce back. We have had enough of this dreadful service and will be defecting to Digicel as soon as possible. Despite the assurances of Randy Rajkumar, who responded to our complaint last time and somehow (or was it just a fortunate coincidence?) briefly (a whole week) we enjoyed fewer breaks in service (I say fewer as they were still happening, just not every two hours) with increased range (to another room, woohoo!) he has now disappeared off the face of the earth, uncontactable, uninterested and we are back to the p*** poor service we have endured for the two years we have been Flow customers. The one star review is generous as there is no option for zero stars.

1) Internet service came with too many of boxes. Cluttered my bedroom. 2) Installers left cables hanging from my living room and bedroom ceilings. 3) TV service never worked properly, it buffered every 15 seconds. 4) Internet connection dropped consistently, multiple times every day. 5) After a month of trying their service, when I called them to come pick up their stuff, customer service was not polite or helpful. 6) When they did finally pick up all their boxes and remotes and cables, they left mounting fixtures all along my cieling. They're still stuck in my walls to this day. A constant reminder of how much I love Logic. I will happily pay more for better service. Avoid Flow at all costs until they get their act together.
