WARNING. discover no longer provides 2 step verification, so your account is far more easily breached. they are the ONLY credit card or financial institution i do business with that does not provide 2 step. given this and other numerous examples of terrible security posted on their site, i am cancelling my card.

Trust pilot is a phony website. You will be investigated for taking good reviews off about my Discover review. Grow an 830 credit score. Your all liers. The attorney general will come down on you. Your already in deep water. I know people in places that work in government offices. Im bringing you down just wait. Have a nice day and get a credit score

“I want to warn everyone: do not use the Discovery credit card. I bought tickets for a wrestling event that was advertised as a big, professional event, but the app never warned me that it was a fraudulent venue. At no point did they say it had no permits or that we were attending at our own risk. It was just promoted as a big wrestling event. I took my three young daughters with me, and when we arrived, the police shut it down. After all this, I contacted the card, and instead of supporting me, they told me to get a lawyer. This card does not cover fraud; on the contrary, it leaves you to handle it yourself. It is a total scam. So, please, do not use Discovery if you want to be protected.”

Terrible company whose buggy website made me waste all my cashback. Should have stuck to points cards and not given them my business. Will be cancelling. They don't value their customers and will do nothing to help you if there's a problem.

This is the worst card. When you dispute a case, they don't give cardholders a fair chance. I do not recommend it; I give it 0 stars—and I’m not lying.

I fell behind on my payments and discover offered me three options to get my payments back on track, but if none of them worked for me, they gave me the option to reach out to customer service via messaging to see what other options they had. I unfortunately was connected to Robert, who never offered me any payment plans. He told me there was none available, even though I literally saw three of them before I connected to the chat. Then, he was more concerned with updating my contact information then making an unhappy customer happy again after his interaction or addressing my comment about how he was unhelpful by denying me a payment plan that I knew was available to me. Then, he wanted to entice me into scheduling two payments with him instead of doing it myself by dangling a late payment fee waiver, if I let him schedule my payments for me. Do they get commission on this? When I asked if he could wave it without scheduling the payments, he said no. Then, he updated my contact information even though I told him he didn't have the correct one. The money they make off of the interest of my credit card, I should at least get subpar customer service not trash. I guess since Discover was taken over by Capital One, you're now going to get that horrible customer service every time you want to speak to somebody
