Ordered a hedge trimmer 5 days ago. As of today no shipping no tracking and no response to TWO emails I've sent. I hate these people. No respect and no courtesy for a paying customer. They are QUICK to take your money and never respond to emails. Ready to cancel through my credit card company. After this review and their response all I can say is LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE!!! They NEVER attempted any communication until after I left a review. So I stand by my review. HORRIBLE company to deal with. They did refund after I complained and had to carry on like a knucklehead. Not good people. Not good at all.

Therefore, we have cancelled your order and issued a full refund. Please contact your bank for further details. Once again, we sincerely apologize for your bad experience.
