We deeply regret any inconvenience caused by your order. We confirm that UPS successfully delivered your order, and proof of delivery has been emailed to you. Regarding payment, our accounting department recently discovered an error in February's transaction; the payment for your order was canceled instead of being processed. We apologize for the delay in addressing this issue, as it took us five weeks to respond. Your cooperation in reviewing the solution outlined in our email would be greatly appreciated, as resolving this matter is of utmost importance to us. We sincerely hope for your understanding and kindness in this matter.
