Providing quality products at quality prices. I was wanting to purchase a model Craftsman Garage Door Opener. I was not able to find it at a big box store. Found it here! Communication is great with regards to my order.

Big time scam. Purchased via their website, thankfully I paid via PayPal so a refund was quick and easy. Website didn't give me a receipt and never got any tracking info. The seller responded once and then disappeared forever. Read the other negative reviews and stay away from here.

It has come to our urgent attention that several fraudulent websites are impersonating our brand, Discounttoday. These imposters are illegally using our logo and address to deceive customers. We want to make it clear that our only official website is https://discounttoday.net/. Additionally, we do not accept any payments through PayPal. If you have placed an order with a site claiming to be Discounttoday and paid via PayPal, you have unfortunately been targeted by a scam. In light of this, we strongly urge you to contact your bank or PayPal immediately to report the fraudulent transaction and request a refund. These fraudulent sites are not affiliated with us in any way, and we cannot process or assist with any orders made through them. We deeply regret any inconvenience or distress this situation may have caused. Please rest assured that we are taking all necessary actions to combat these fraudulent activities and protect our valued customers. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please contact us directly.

I’ve tried to contact the company about my order, left an email and trying to leave another email and the site says “there’s an error, try again later.” Zero communications regarding my order, shipping, etc. Bugged the crap out of me about paying, luckily I paid via PayPal which I will contact to get my money back if I don’t hear something by 06/19/24. Worst experience I’ve had with online shopping for many years.

All in all a good experience. Watch the expiration date of products you order however, the Keurig coffee pods I ordered expired about 60 days after I received them. This was probably how they could sell them at such a discount.
Response from DiscounttodayJun 13, 2024
We're glad to hear that, overall, you had a good experience with us. We apologize for the issue with the expiration date of the Keurig coffee pods. We strive to provide high-quality products and will take your comments into consideration to improve our service. If you have any concerns or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We appreciate your business and hope to serve you again in the future.
