This website is such a joke. Upon researching for the HP printer paper, I found that they(officesupply.com) intentionally mark down the price to stand out in Google Shopping search. Office supply.com then changes the prices when stuff is being added to the cart. The price on the product page is different from my cart. For example, HP premium 24 paper is marked at $8.98, but when in the cart, it shows $24.89. That's the unit price going straight up for you. It's the same for the other printing papers. (e.g. HP Premium32.) This kind of behaviour makes them stand out on Google price search. And it is straight up disgusting to manipulate the prices and attack customers while they are not checking. Moreover, their 15% welcome coupon is quite restrictive, applying only to select items. Unlike many other retailers that offer sitewide discounts, this limitation isn't disclosed until after you’ve provided your email and received the code.

Absolutely wonderful company. I had a question about my order which was answered right away from someone who actually works at the company, not an offshore answering service. Another item ordered by Office Supply that completely broke after light use within 6 months. I business grade Swingline HD Stapler! Upon trying to contact them, they purposely do NOT give you any means to do so what so ever, unless it's a recent order!!! NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!

We ordered school supplies from this company. What a huge mistake. Our packing slip was correct, but we discovered the day before school started half of the things we paid for were not included in the box — despite the fact that the packing slip said they were included. I (mom) was very very sick at the time and my husband had to scramble at local retailers and Amazon to get supplies our kids needed. I will never purchase from this company again.
