Received a different item than they had pictured on the website, yet they made me pay for return shipping and didn't refund the original shipping cost. Out about $20 and got nothing! Communication/response from customer care team was lackluster - they didn't bother to listen and understand my situation. Will never order from them again, of course. Caveat emptor.

Would not do business with again. They used an unknown delivery company that left my order at the wrong address with a photo of the wrong address. Still not enough proof they contend. Requested a refund and the customer service staff keep postponing pending an investigation.

Purchased SHARP accu-set clocks and they don’t automatically set. Tried all the troubleshooting. Only a 30 day warranty and must have packaging. Never will do business with them again.

I was very worried when I placed my order because of the many negative reviews, especially since, after payment, I didn’t receive any confirmation and the purchase didn’t appear on my profile. I contacted customer service, and they were very responsive (I received a reply in less than 24 hours). My order arrived earlier than expected, met my expectations, and was a high-quality product: as far as I’m concerned, it was flawless!

The pros: Their prices for crafts cannot be beat. Items that are $10 elsewhere are $2-$3 here, & I've taken full advantage of it! Lots of choices & again, their prices are phenomenal. The cons: I'm probably spoiled by Amazon but I simply don't think it should take 12 days to get my products. I made an order on 2 May, called customer service 12 May inquiring about delivery & magically received my order 13 May. I do understand they're not open on the weekends so that makes it 8 business days, but that still seems excessive in this day & age. There's also no option for expedited shipping. When I order craft items I generally am working or am starting to work on something, & 11-12 days for receival is excessive.

Office supply.com is a terrible company! I ordered an executive desk through Amazon. Amazon informed me that the desk was shipped on 4/24/26 by the seller and was told it will arrive between 4/27 to 4/30. But as of today, I haven’t received the item and the seller doesn’t give me any information about this item nor refunding me as I request to cancel. Amazon is always shipping its item on time. But this time is different and very frustrating by contacting the seller officesupply.com.
