I'm only giving this company two stars because they make you pay for shipping returns without a local drop off option unless you're in OH, I would assume. Their prices are terrific, their customer service is very professional (I dealt with Tina, she's very good at her job and this rating has nothing to do with her). I will not work with a company who doesn't make returns seamless. Unfortunately Amazon does -- therefore you've lost my business.

Like many others, my experience here is lackluster at best. Estimated shipping time was way off than when it actually came. Sometimes the cheapest deal is not always the best.

Purchased some modeling clay at a premium price but needed it for future job. Didn’t open it for a few weeks until ready to use and realized it was not what I expected. When I called about returning it I was told it was past 30 days. I offered to pay a restocking fee but they wouldn’t accept. That’s sorry customer service and I won’t buy anything else from them. I own my own business and I bend over backwards to help my customers

Be sure to read the return policy before ordering. I received a product that was extremely poor quality and decided to return it rather than upset my staff and customers. I had opened one package of 25 items (that's how I knew it was inferior. When contacting Office supply for a return authorization, this is considered my "choice" to return the item, not a defective or wrong item so I have to pay for shipping to return it and can only return unopened items. I'll take the loss here and beware of future orders or I'll simply go back to ordering from Amazon who values their customer's satisfaction. BTW: the item I got was from Office Depo! I re-ordered an Avery product for less money.

I ordered bleach wipes that showed they were in stock. I received a confirmation email that my order was placed and advised me I would get a tracking number the next day. That never happened. A week later I contacted them and got no response other than a generic automated email. Then I received an email the item was out of stock — an item I should’ve received by this point — and they’d refund me. I waited for the refund and didn’t receive it so I called. A couple of days later the refund magically appeared after I complained. To make things worse they rejected my reviews on their website because it wasn’t glowing. Stay clear of this company. Trust the negative reviews.

The company does not stand behind what it sells If order does not work have hard time returning it Pay send back can end up costing more than item End up costing you money cost of item plus shipping loose money You do not know if work until get it Shop elsewhere Disabled hard to return items

Ok, so where to begin? Well, truthfully, I'm a little conflicted by how I feel about my order purchase. To start, I just want to go ahead and get the shipment part of my transaction out of the way: As far as shipment goes, I received my product in about two weeks time; Which was to be expected, I didn't pay the extra for expedited shipping. *Now onto the interesting part of my order: I ordered a couple reams of paper and a 40 page capacity 4-hole punch that was advertised (and pictured on the page) as a Bostitch product; and, in truth, it was one of the reasons I ordered it. Now, I know that some people get a little too hung up on brand names, but I assure you, one of the main reasons I ordered this brand was because it was one that I recognized and trusted. Well, what they sent me was by some brand called Paperpro. The picture of the model hole puncher they sent looked very similar to the product pictured, just with a totally different brand logo slapped on it. Now, here is where I'm a little conflicted. The model they sent, isn't at all that bad. It's a pretty reliable product, and I'm content with the quality of it. I just wish they would advertise what you were actually getting instead of lying about the brand name to get people to buy it. This is false advertisement on your behalf officesupply.com, and you know it. And the strange part is, I went back and looked at some reviews about the company/website and I found that I am not the only one in the past to have addressed this issue; in fact, there are numerous accounts of people claiming the exact same thing from numerous products they sell online. Overall, I'm not totally dissatisfied with my purchase. But I am going to judge critically based on the scam you are running. Get your crap together officesupply.com.
