I forgot to check Trustpilot before placing an order from OfficeSupply.com When I did check, I was concerned by the large number of 1 star reviews, and worried that I might have problems with my order. I am happy to report that the order arrived just fine, and I am happy with the items I received. On a $150 order, I saved about $40 from the next closest competitor. My only complaint might be that the tracking information I received was rather vague, but I got my packages relatively quickly (not quite as fast as their website might lead you to believe), so this was not really a problem.

Had the chair I wanted for $150 cheaper than office Depot. It arrived 4 days later on the projected date. The chair did contain some small defects, a small tear near a screw hole that was covered by an arm rest, and a 1" crack on the plastic telescoping part that covers the lift arm. I felt for the price the defects were worth it, but was not too thrilled that I was not informed that this would be part of the deal.

The ordering process was simple, prices were great and items were out to ship the next day!
