Hello Jonathan, I was able to locate both orders you had placed earlier this month. It looks like you were able to successfully cancel both of them, and were fully refunded after contacting us. Keep in mind that you can cancel both via our website, DiscountMags.com, and contacting us on our customer service line, 1-800-673-8187. As for our DiscountLock policy, we do not automatically renew at a much higher rate as you have stated.
