Latasha was wonderful - she listened, helped but most importantly she was very polite. So often customer service reps sound like it's all they can do to answer a call but this young lady is definitely doing it right!! The world needs more with her attitude!

Last week I had to cancel a magazine subscription that I had forgotten about after I moved. If I remember correctly the person that helped me was named Quinn. Normally when it comes to subscription services I expect the customer service either to try and make me resubscribe or be as slow as possible so I don’t cancel. But Quinn was incredibly quick and straightforward making what could have been a phone call that could last for hours simple. He guided me through the cancellation process smoothly, answering all my questions with patience and clarity.

I want to commend Latasha for her patience and assistance. She is absolutely the best customer service rep that I have ever had. I have very low vision and even with my huge computer screen and oversize keyboard I need to use a magnifying glass and I still make a lot of errors . She was. so easy to work with and spent a lot of time with me and I got exactly what I wanted.

Tony was kind, helpful, insightful and took the time to answer all of my questions. He had amazing follow through and did everything he said he would He walked me through some confusing situations regarding my subscriptions. I had moved one subscription to another service due to pricing pre-Tony but because of him, I will be keeping my other subscriptions at discountmags.

The person, w whom i spoke with, was great. She explained everything and answered my concerns. Very friendly and patient too.

Had a cancellation for a continual renew subscription to cancel. Agent was extremely helpful and got my request taken care of quite quickly. Thought what would be a pain turned into a pleasant experience! Bravo!!!!

Super-Fast and Professional! I submitted an inquiry regarding my account online and expected to hear a reply within several business days. The reply came within a few hours, with a full explanation of my account history!!! I couldn't believe it. This rarely happens with an online customer service request and I was blown away! The care center was incredibly friendly and professional and offered to help me in a way I wouldn't have even asked for. I will buy ALL my magazines from DiscountMags.com from now on!!

When I made the call to DiscountMags I was all set to be angry & state I would NEVER order from the company again. This was the 2nd time I had to call about an “ Auto-renewal “. It happened a few months ago & I had to call and get the first auto-renewal magazine cancelled. And, now it was happening again, & I was angry. I reached Tony & explained that every Christmas I give a gift of a year’s magazine subscription to each of my family members. And, ages range from 4 to 70somthing. I only give a 1 year subscription as children’s ages change & adults interests change. I sent an e card with each gift , and would not ever want any of the magazines to auto-renew. He understood, and issued me a refund of $13.73 which had just been charged to my credit card. I asked him to please check all the other magazines I ordered last year as gifts to be sure that none of them auto-renewed. He checked and found I had also been charged $149.00 for other renewed magazines. He explained that even though I sent E-cards showing each magazine was a gift, if I had checked the “gift” box it would have signaled not to renew the subscription. It was the way Tony handled my call, understood my intentions, remedied the entire situation, and explained your ordering system that I WILL AGAIN order Christmas magazine subscriptions as part of my Christmas gift giving. Thank Tony for retaining a current customer. Sincerely, Patricia Romano
