Like others i have ordered before with no issues now i can't order as no payment option is available, don't think it's a scam as it's not like you they are keeping your money, (you can't give them any) more like something else (customs issues with the UK?, payment issues with paypal ?)

I have used this company many times in the past and despite having to wait for your order to arrive I have had no problems. But since everything started to go back to work after lockdown I just don't know what has happened to them. I keep getting promotion emails from them but when I try to place an order at the point of check out I keep getting a message of there are no available payment methods for your state, please contact us. When I send an email it comes back saying address unavailable.

I have used this company for many years without problems until recent order. I tried emailing them to no avail. Even contacted them through messenger on there Facebook site. Got no replies either way. But I did get a full refund eventually. I can only think that they are having severe problems due to the current situation. I think they need to keep their customers more up to date. Hope to use them again in the future.

Ordered several times and it worked very well but recently unable to complete my order, keep getting a message: no payment option for this state. Have tried to contact several times but no response. Please read your reviews as it will help you to improve your business and customer service.

I've used DHP for 5 years without a problem and placed an order in April which turned up 6 weeks later but I knew this was due to Covid. But since then I have been unable to order . It looks like paypal may have block this seller due to poor reviews which has to a large extent been beyond there control due to Covid
