I have previously bought from this company - never had any problems. However since Brexit - get the following message for my purchase "Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements." Does this mean that I will no longer be able to buy from them?

BUYER BEWARE!
The website is functional until you get to the checkout. After you have created an account and given all of your details and ready to pay, up comes the message "...no available payment methods for your state." I tried to send them an email using their 'orders' address, which bounced back with a failure notice about the domain! BEWARE!

Thanks for the feedback. We had shut down for a very long time due to COVID postal delays and non-deliveries. When you last tried to order, our payment gateway was down. However, we are back up and running now with 7-9 day deliveries to the UK. Duties are paid so nothing will be due. Highly Recommend these guys
Randomly found this company during an internet search. Have now used them three times and cant speak highly enough. Based in Cork, they use registered post to deliver items. Have never waited longer than about 3 days from point of ordering, all items arrive well packaged (supplements/ glass in bubble wrap). They really are discounted health shop items, totally legit, and honestly dont think I will shop anywhere else now (I am in Dublin). I rarely write reviews, except to compliment a job very well done or otherwise. Well done to all here

I bought some professional effects 3D…
I bought some professional effects 3D crest whitening strips from this website - they took ages to come! Secondly, these strips didn’t whiten my teeth at all! All I experienced was extremely sensitivity. I’ve used the real 3D crest whitening strips before and they dramatically whitened my teeth from a different company which leaves me to believe these ones were fake! I contacted customer service about my disappointment and they never responded. DO NOT BUY! WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Not scammers
I have (as many others seem to) used this company for years. I also have been unable to place an order since covid. I genuinely don't believe they are as has been said "scammers" I hope they do come back soon as they offer good products at fair prices

Please come back
I really hope this company gets back on its feet and hasn't gone under. Until the pandemic, DHP were great and reliable. They're clearly under some strain as they are not contactable (despite my best efforts!) and no orders can be made on their site. Please get back online asap, my disabled mum needs your fab American medicines we simply cannot get anywhere else!
