Well they took their time but the bottle of melatonin arrived. I ordered on 7th May and they arrived 16th May. The little tracker link they gave kept me updated the entire time with the journey. I was nervous ordering after seeing the recent reviews here but trying to get hold of a legit site that sells melatonin is near impossible in the UK. I also figured people were not taking into account the delays caused at every stage by coronavirus when they wrote their reviews so I took the plunge and ordered. The bottle arrived without problem, plastic safety seal all intact around the top. They even put the $4 off the shelf value and not the full price they charge in the customs declaration sticker so it won't get stopped for extra taxes here in UK which I thought was good of them. All in all I can't fault the service I received, I will of course edit this in the future if I do experience problems.

Took a few weeks, but did arrive. It was my first order and in the middle of a pandemic so I wasn't holding out much hope but I'm happy

Goods didn't arrive. After 4 weeks I wrote to complain. No reply. Repeatedly emailed to no effect. They are thieves - DO NOT USE

I ordered from these to the UK on April 27th. The product arrived on 11th May. A long time but understandable during coronavirus. I didn't have to pay any extra. I know there has been a lot of negativity on here towards "Discount Health Products" but personally, I've been delighted with their service

Do not buy anything from this company! They are a scam they will just take your money. I’m just glad I didn’t put in a big order with them. They’ll take your money and you won’t hear from them, appalling.

Purchased from them twice with no problem but ordered again on March 29th and was notified that the order had shipped on March 30th. The scans stopped in Miami on April 4th and I have never received the shipment. I have sent them two emails and once contacted them with the link on their website but no response. I am going to have to raise a complaint with PayPal.

It is a scam DO NOT USE IT I made an order one month and half ago, and my order did not arrive until now + they don't really answer my messages. This has been a horrible experience and I don't recommend this website at all.
