Order arrived promptly. Have used this company for some years now, and only had an issue 2020 due to covid delays (stock comes from US). Really useful for products I can’t normally get in UK.

Ordered goods and they informed me they were delayed. However two days later they were delivered by DPD and stated the time they would be delivered. From order to delivery was one week. I think that is good service especially for the US. Would definitely use the again.

never had a problem with this company. the goods do not instantly arrive to the UK, they come from USA. ordered several times for the good price and always received the items after a couple of weeks. During the worst of the pandemic it obviously took longer, but so did everything else. this is not a scam, that is ridiculous.

Website must be a scam, no delivery, no replies to emails and PayPal instantly granted a refund on opening a case. AVOID!

All I can say it takes a while to get your items at busy times .. so order in time way before you run out on something you need .. prices are pretty good and sometimes delays could be due to custom hold ups .. I always received my items within 2 - 6 weeks ..

I have to say that on balance I find them good, Ordered tablets on the 11th dec and received them today, made a over order mistake on thursday. cancelled and had a paypal refund on sat, have been ordering with them for a year and have NO issues...for me its a great service

I ordered from this company twice and had no problem, the orders took a few weeks to arrive but coming from America and the pandemic i didnt expect anything else, i was kept up to date about the orders by email.
