I ordered hearing aids from Discount Daily Hearing for my 8 year old son. The hearing aids that we went with first ended up not working out for our needs, and we were able to easily return them and try out a different pair, which ended up being perfect. They were really easy to work with and we are thrilled with the service. The remote fitting/adjustments are also easy. We also saved more than $3k from what our audiologist had quoted for hearing aids.

I bought the Cross 70 phonak hearing aids. I chose the ones you put batteries in because the batteries can be changed out with my busy schedule. I have been very happy with customer service and how they work. I’m on the 1st week and they seem to be Fantastic.Be sure to specify if you want rechargeable or disposable battery hearing aid you want when you buy them. Otherwise you will have to exchange them. I was worried about ordering them on line and because they were half price of what local hearing aid places wanted. Discount hearing will be the place I go if I ever need another set. Trey and Will were very easy to work with over the phone and tuning the hearing aids in.

I have wore hearing aids since I was 9 years old. wow thats 50 years. never have I felt comfortable with hearing test but Will was great with testing and adjusting my new phonak aids. I'm just in aww how well they work with my hearing loss. it's just phenomenal how I feel.more confidence then ever. thank you Will for great service. Marla

Great experience with my new hearing aids. Will did a great job setting them up and the convenience of doing it over the phone cannot be beat. There was some concern with the unknowns of purchasing them online, but everything is working out perfectly - very pleased.

I am amazed at the improvement in hearing with my instruments after Will performed his magic over the phone! Will’s mastery of modern technology blows my 84 year old mind!!

I was extremely satisfied with my first adjustment of my new hearing aids. Will made me feel comfortable right off the bat call exactly at the scheduled time. Within a few minutes of being on the phone with Will I knew I was dealing with professional and someone who cared that my hearing aids were working properly. He reassured me that I could reach out to him for help whenever I need it. Truly a great first time experience with him and I’m sure that you would agree with me after your first experience with him.
