Still having trouble with my left hearing aid. The people that are "fixers or coaches' as I like to call them especially a gentleman by the name of will gets a 5 star plus from me has been able to figure out the issue immediately now getting the aids repaired and or items sent to me that I can fix myself the office staff really needs much help in troubleshooting, or perhaps not even trying to, because they're not helpful at all I often go without my hearing aids for months either because it always "has to go back to the factory," or "hasn't been returned from the factory" and 75% of the time it takes so long and comes back and absolutely NOTHING is resolved. and h than I have been without aids for without any exaggeration for months at a time. I think I have only been able to wear my hearing aids for maybe ½ of the time I have owned them

The order for domes and retention coils was wrong. I emailed customer service. No response yet. The $15.00 is crazy. I could have gotten the same order on Amazon for less than your service charge and the freight is free and overnight. Not a happy custimer

Well, I want to say in the beginning customer service was great but overtime it’s really gotten bad. I had one of the speakers that goes in the ear from my hearing aid go out and just trying to contact somebody took way more time than it should have and once I contacted them and told them what I needed that took probably a week and a half even after I paid the shipping it was over a week before they shipped it and then the shipment was damaged which took a couple of weeks we’re talking about weeks and if I wouldn’t have bought that speaker in my ear on my own, I would’ve went all that time with no left hearing aid and then recently they sent resent the order after I talked to them again about it and the order was wrong. It was a right side rather than a left.

Purchased Phonak Lumity aids approximately 2 yrs ago. Units need to be sent back due to severe battery degradation before warranty expires. Contacted via web page 3 times - NEVER received a response. I will try to find someone locally that can help. Nice price on purchase but lack of after sales support makes me wish I had never purchased from this Company

They charge $15 for shipping a small pack of filters, but when I asked them to send more filters to save on future shipping costs, they refused

I mailed the hearing aid to Signia that needed a new battery. I told them I needed it back in 2 weeks as I was traveling. Almost a week after mailing it I called and Discount had no record of receiving it even though UPS said it had been delivered several days before. So the hearing aid sits there, nothing happens, I call and text Discount and now they say it still hasn't been shipped back to them 1 1/2 weeks later. Then, they will need to mail it to me. There's no way I'll have it in time. This isn't my first mis-adventure with Discount. I had lost one hearing aid and took me a while to order a new one. They said 1-1 1/2 weeks to get it, They never contacted me and when I finally got a hold of them they said they'd expedite it. It took a month to get the replacement. They may be good about shipping brand new hearing aids but they are a disaster if you have to ship something back.

One pack of 8 filters good for 2 months at a $15.00 shipping charge. You should send a minimum of one or two year supply.

Great prices, terrible customer service. No support help. Called and left messages, call never returned.
