I purchased both of my hearing aids through Discount Daily Hearing. My point of contacts were Trey, Will, and Sidney. They were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

My first pair of Phonak hearing aids were finally getting adjusted to where they needed to be thanks to Will. He was awesome! They decided to freeze up and I was sent another pair. The Bluetooth would only work if I held the phone in front of my chest. Will walked me through resetting my first pair. That worked for about a week and they froze again. I sent both pair back and was assured that this was not common. The very first morning I wore my third pair, I received a call to schedule my adjustment. The Bluetooth was so bad, I had to return that pair as well. Again, I was told this isn’t normal. 3 pair in a row sounds pretty normal to me. On top of the faulty hearing aids, customer service is very condescending. For the amount of money I spent, I would expect the hearing aids to function as they should and I figured the company would have better customer service. Again, Will was awesome, but the others, not so much.

I'm very impressed with the level of service and discounted price of Dicountdailyhearing. I've used hearing aids for almost twenty years. I just started using this provider this year. Trey on the sales side and Will on the adjusting/tweaking hearing aid side are outstanding. Any questions via email are responded to in less than a few hours, even on weekends. Definitely highly recommend this service.

My first set of hearing aids...got tested at a local Dr. and was given a pair of hearing aids to try out. They worked good but when I was provided the cost I started looking elsewhere. Found exact same make/model at Discount Daily at a significantly lower price. Received new aids quickly and had great customer support to fine tune. Highly recommend.

This morning I had a rather comprehensive hearing test over the phone. Will exuded confidence and I was immediately at ease. He explained every step of the testing concisely while checking to ensure everything was progressing as planned. Thank goodness I discovered Discount Daily Hearing!!! It was such a more positive experience than what I had in doctor’s office where the audiologist handed me a brochure when I asked her to explain what differentiated the levels of a particular hearing aid model.
