Just had my first remote intro and adjusting on my new Winex with Will Russell. He made the process so easy. I was unsure what all I needed to begin the remote call and he patiently waited while I “got it together.” He was able to fine tune my hearing aids so they have lessened feedback and he added more situation options to the app. Thanks Will!

I have ordered the best hearing devices Phonak L90 from the best company with the best prices. Could it be or am I dreaming. My Audiologist who I have been close to for years suggested I purchase them from them. When I write to Discount Daily Hearing I receive a reply with in a hour or so from Ryan Walker. He always has a solution. I love my Phonak L 90 and I love where I purchased them.

Will the audiologist was great. He was patient and truly listened to what I needed from my hearing aids. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the programming. Overall excellent experience.

Easy to follow along with the instructions and pair the hearing aids with the app and Bluetooth. Will Russell did a great job!
