This is my second experience buying hearing aids on line, and I am very pleased. The first time, all I accomplished was purchasing hearing aids at a good price. No follow-up or ongoing customer service. So I started using a local organization for support. The hearing aids from that first experience became very troublesome, so I quit using them. This time, just the opposite. Not only did I get a great deal, there has been lots of support, most of which was originated by Discount Daily Hearing. And the specialist who worked with me for my initial training, Will, was great. He was very thorough. I can't say enough good about him. The only thing that might have been missing from my second experience was any coaching on which brand and model would work the best for me. But in all fairness to them, I didn't ask - I already knew which brand and model I wanted. I would recommend both Discount Daily Hearing and Will to anyone that has hearing issues. The other individuals at Discount Daily Hearing with which I have dealt have also been very, very helpful.
