Great value, very prompt and courteous people. They kept me informed from purchase to delivery and were very efficient in tuning the aids through the app. I was skeptical if the experience was going to be positive but the price was very attractive and so I took the chance. The experience could not have been better.

Had to buy new heating aid to go with cochlear implant. They were much lower than all others. Ordered on phone and got in three days. They set up phone based on my audiologist test and then tuned it up over phone. They are very service oriented and everyone I have worked with has been great. Just got off phone with Will and he was so helpful with questions I had. This is a great company with great people.

Buying a set of hearing aids is complicated and expensive. Most of us will be faced with digging deep into our pockets if we want the best because insurance is not going to help. The internet does offer a solution if you choose wisely. I just received my order and completed my first remote session, so far both the buying experiance and the hearings aids have met my expectations. Everyone involved from the saleperson to the audiologist I worked with have been informative and best of all plugged into taking care of my order, which was delivered on time.

The devices are identical to those from local providers but are half the price! My initial adjustments were made to the new pair and it went very smoothly right over the phone. Will Russell did a great job communicating and talking me through the process. Highly recommend Discounthearingdaily!
