The service, the pricing and the yearly audio exams have been stellar with Discount daily. I'm purchasing my second set of hearings through Discount Daily. I've tested 6 different pairs from various suppliers and found Discount Daily and the people that work in Sales (Trey) and service support (Will) went above and beyond. I'm a very happy customer. UPDATE: I recently had a wire break on my Signia’s. I sent an email to the sales representative Trey. He had a replacement wire in the mail the same day. Excellent Customer service.

I am new to hearing aids and have had a great experience with Discount Daily Hearing. Same quality of service as locally available audiologists but at half the cost. Just finished an online appointment with Will who spent about 45 minutes with me fine tuning the settings.

I was very apprehensive about buying hearing aids online after nearly 20 years of purchasing in person at an audiologist's office, but I am so glad I did it. The cost is much lower, the hearing aids arrived quickly and with clear instructions, and I haven't had any issues in the several weeks I've been wearing them. Will helped me adjust the devices remotely a few weeks into wearing them, and the process was very smooth. The widex app works great, and I have been really happy with my devices and the service. Hopefully I don't have any issues moving forward, but as of right now I am very happy.

This is the second pair of Phonak Hearing Aids i have had, but it is the first time using an on-line source to obtain new ones. Discount Hearing had really good reviews but was still hesitant. I went with them again after reading the reviews. The service was great, I could not be more pleased with them. Will the Hearing Instr. Spec. was outstanding, he was able to fine tune my Hearing Aids. Again, I really like my Hearing Aids and the service was outstanding.

Will and Discountdailyhearing are top tier. I started looking based upon price, then made contact after reading all of the great reviews. Will called me today to tune my hearing aids, answer my questions, and provide alot of additional worthwhile information. I have already recommended to all of my family, and challenge everyone to give this company and Will serious consideration.
