They were quick to respond when my first pair of Widex 440s had an issue. they were returned and a new pair quickly sent out. The programming over the phone was easy and precise. No feedback, easy connection to my Iphone and no more batteries. I highly recommend DDH and Widex.

William Russell Hearing Instrument Specialist called me the day I received my hearing aids to program them to my hearing. He was friendly, courteous, pleasant, professional and seemed to sincerely enjoy his job. The results were outstanding, especially for the first time. He walked me through downloading the proper app, installing and using it. I could not have been more pleased with the service and the results!
