Purchasing and submitting the hearing exa was simple and straight forward but the fitting/adjusting appointment after is what made the biggest difference to me. Will was patient, courteous, very knowledgable and answered all of my questions without making me feel like I should already know that. He pointed out that he also wears hearing aids for sometime which made him even more relatable in my eyes. This is my first experience with purchasing/wearing hearing aids so I was leary about not having the "middleman" in an office to go visit. One of my biggest reason for going the route was the price difference. I couldn't be more happy with my decision. The virtual appointment links through the app and it was like I was in person. For anyone out there who is skeptical about Discount Daily Hearing and what they can offer vs. an in person office or just about wearing hearing aids in general, DON'T BE! I couldn't have made a better choice. My old hearing aids stopped working and I had to get new ones. I googled and found Discount Hearing Aids. What a blessing! The sales person was courteous and informative and I made the right choice. But even better was the post sale experience. Geza was patient, helpful, knowledgeable and interested in ensuring I got my hearing aid up and running. He walked me through all processes step my step and got me set up with my iPhone, TV and all. He is simply the best. This hearing aid is cleaner, sharper and crisper than the one I had before. I am extremely happy.

Great customer service. I bought my hearing aid in 2021 and whenever I have a question or need programing they are right there for me. Will did a great job for me programing for my tinnitus. I would recommend anyone to buy from this company you will not be disappointed.

It was my first time using this app and impressed with how easy it was to work with Mr. Walker. I have been wearing hearing aids for many years, but these are so far the best I have tried. The adjustments made appear to be perfect so far...but will have to wear for awhile. The call was efficient and very timely too.

Saved a nice chunk of change as compared to my Insurance company's "discount" provider. The team worked with me so I could maximize my FSA. I researched this DDH thoroughly prior to contacting them and had no concerns going into the purchase based on all the information i gathered. The set-up appointment with Geza was super easy. I needed a little more adjustment the next day and was able to get back with Geza immediately. About 2 weeks in im super happy with everything in regards to the purchase.
