Timely delivery.

I made a mistake buying from this internet store. My recent problem was ordering a new receiver to replace a broken one. I was out of the USA and said it had to be sent FedX. The administrative person took a very long time being sure the address was correct and charged me a very high fee to send it FedX. Then they proceeded to send the package USPS to a country that doesn’t have mail service. 7 days wasted without my hearing aids.

Had a problem and phonak help was lame and DDH resolved it and sent me new wires.

Got the product

First rep misdiagnosed problem. He suggested that all it would take was to swap out the ear wax guards. Second rep (1 week later) asked the right questions and diagnosed a bad wire. Paid for express shipping. Took a week to go out (and I had to email to get it to go out) and then express meant UPS ground. 2+ weeks without a working hearing aid.

The staff has been fabulous about everything! Ever phone call I have made has been taken care of promptly and the follow-up calls have been wonderful. The prices on their hearing aids are great and I would recommend their service to anyone! My hearing aids have been ordered and they are on their way! I can't wait to get them! I went to A professional Audiologist and they quoted me twice the amount for a lesser pair (even with my insurance) of Phonak hearing aids, with even less support options. I encourage anyone to do their research before purchasing a set of hearing aids. And trust me on this, because I have spent over 2 months doing my research before choosing Discount Daily Hearing. Trey Peach and Chris and the rest of the staff have been so polite and helpful. Thank you Guys so much!
