Bad follow ups. I got two calls in the first two weeks and we never adjusted the hearing aid. some times I hear an intermittent click noise in my left ear. I asked for supply to change the wax filter but never recieved it. I do not have test to show with and without hearing aid to show improvement. pls call at 914-419-3440

Great experience. The hearing aids are great, the programing on the zoom call made the hearing aids to my specific needs. I lost the charger on a flight and they were able to replace within a couple of days and the cost (not in warranty) was fair.
