Did a recalibration and found left side wire was bad and as usual very professional and sent a replacement wire immediately.

Although they do not have an office that you can walk to, but they are available and respond appropriately. They are great about providing needed service either information to address problems or sending parts. And to start with their prices are great to start with

Staff was wonderful. I am surprised the repair took so long but I realized they must have tried to repair the problem, then sent away to Phonak to replace them. I am disappointed that I got not communication with what the problem had been. Do the new hearing aids have a new warranty date?
