While you may have expected free supplies, our model is designed to offer significant savings on the hearing aids themselves—savings that far outweigh what you’d pay at a traditional retailer. The $15 charge covers the cost of shipping the supplies, which is more than fair given the substantial savings you’ve already received. We’re glad you love your hearing aids, but it’s important to recognize the value in the initial savings, even if the ongoing supplies come at a small cost in shipping.
