Above and beyond expectations
I have never had any kind of problem or issue with anything I need, any question I had. One of the best customer support teams I have worked with. Not just a one time deal, I have been a customer for over 2 1/2 years.

I am being jerked around by the service…
I am being jerked around by the service department BIG TIME!! I have a 2200 dollar pair of hearing aids less than 90 days old and my right hearing won't power up. They are completely non responsive!! Customer service on the sales side has gone radio silent!! They have the money but don't want to know me now!! Buyer Beware!!

Everyone we talked to was very pleasant and helpful. The order was delivered quickly. A staff member called or texted frequently to see if all was going well with hearing aides.
