TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They sent me the wrong contacts and so when I got it I opened the box then realized “oh these are wrong”. Hadn’t used them. I reached out to customer service and they said they did not accept any returns of opened boxes even if product is unused. So I asked for a return for the unopened boxes and they said ok but I would have to call AGAIN after I sent in the return for them to process it. This place is ridiculous. Use 1800 contacts they have way better customer service

I would give this a ZERO if I could. I don’t know what has happened to this company. I have used them for years and now they are horrible. Ordered my contacts, with my new prescription and then got an email with my order (showing correctly as ordered-different prescription for each eye). When they arrived they were all for right eye. I called and they answered the phone as something else, insisted this was my fault and I would have to send them back, then call them and reorder… I DID NOT MAKE AN ERROR, they did and the rep was extremely rude. After 15 minutes of me telling him that the email they sent saying my order was shipped showing my correct order and when they came it was incorrect he still said it was my fault so I hung up on him and reordered elsewhere… WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN !!!

I ordered contacts. I received an email a few days later indicating they were on back order and would not arrive for several weeks. The site should let you know an item is on back order at the time of purchase, not days later. I contacted customer service via email; they never responded to my inquiry.

Do not order from this company. They advertise as Discount Contacts but answer the phone differently and you have to ask is this Discount Contacts? They do not list their address anywhere on the website. When you ask for the address one minute it is GA then OH. I ordered contacts on 3/16/26 and still have no order update on 4/3/26 other then they are checking with the lab. The call center is in the Philippines and they can only email the lab. This has happened twice now with this company where your order gets held up in RX verification when you prescription is there.

They market their boxes as 6 lenses and every single box i received had 5. This is fraudulent. i'll be finding a new company to buy from who doesn't lie.

Every contact lenses dealer couldn’t fill up my prescription on time. Thanks to Discount Contact, I got my contact lenses less than a month. All others would take 2 months. I really appreciate how easy I could get a live agent comparing to others. I had a great experience with this company, for that I say thank you.

Worst company cannot get in touch with them I returned my contacts as wrong ones sent and they have not refunded me!
