I was able to configure an account with services for an asp.net web application with a connected MS SQL databse within 2 days (new domain, new SSL certificate, database backed up from an existing db) The support via the ticket system was excellent and very competent which was essential for configuring my account and application. Response time always was within an hour and the quality of help very clear and useful. The control panel is very well designed and intuitive to use. Regarding the web application I had to adjust a few settings in the web.config with the professional help of the support team. Other than that, the application was running fast without errors. I can wholeheartedly recommend the service!
