I've used DiscountASP to host several ASPX web sites and web apps over the last 10 years or so, and never had a problem that wasn't my own fault. Even when I caused a problem in my code, their support was impeccable in helping me quickly track it down and resolve it. The control panel is straightforward and has all the features I've ever needed, the technologies offered have provided everything I've needed, and it has been comforting knowing I can count on things working (except when I screw things up...)

Been using discountasp for over 5years now and thier 99% uptime promise is no joke. My apps runs right out of the box and their response time to ticket is good most time very impressive.

The support from DiscountASP.NET is what makes them outstanding. Like other companies providing hosting services, there are sometimes glitches ... like Denial of Service attacks or other problems that get in the way of your web site running as you'd like. If you submit a problem to support, they are quick to respond and hang in there until the problem is resolved. When things aren't going right, I appreciate having a company that is responsive and focused on fixing the problems.

I've been using their service for about 3 years now. And I've had more good than bad times. But even the bad times were not that bad. Their customer service was always very helpful and resolved the issue fairly quickly. I'm still with them and plan to stay. Great service. Reasonable price. And good control panels.

Have used hosting service for many years, and am impressed with the knowledge and support they provide. They have had the usual periodic hiccups with hackers and Microsoft upgrades, but they are infrequent and the staff have professionally and rapidly responded to minimize impact and downtime.

I have several clients that host with DiscountASP.net and I have never had a bad experience with them. When needed, their support has answered questions after regular business hours (even though my problems have not merited it). They have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When one of my problems was because of being on the wrong hosting platform, they diagnosed the problem and moved the site for me very quickly. I haven't had any issues with down times or unexpected issues. Their communication is excellent (not too much, not too little).
