I used discountasp for hosting small pilot project for a couple of years. Customer support is excellent. I had a couple of technical and billing questions. They responded in person within an hour. I asked for refund for auto-renewed add-on I was not using, got it refunded without issues.

I've been using this hosting for several time now. And with multiple sites, both for myself and people I know that I help with some development. I have never had any issues, and they are always sending notifications if there is an attack, maintenance or whatever. They are also constantly upgrading their servers / system to be able to use the latest within technologies. I use a lot of front-end tools, and it works like a charm. And also with the latest version of ASP.NET MVC and all its features. I like the the easy control panel and that all the information I need is centralized. Great support which is to say the least is almost instantly! I can only recommend this!

Service is very reliable, Admin interface is intuitive, support is always quick.
