Only a question about closing tickets; Of course, one of your metrics is to check how fast tickets get closed, though in some cases the urgency to close the ticket seems to supercede the urge to actually bring the problem to a true resolution. If the support person can't solve the problem I recommend you have a team of 'super experts' who can be referred to in such a case. This would be better than receiving a "I don't know about this" kind of answer, together with the automated email that states the ticket is going to be closed.

I have used discountasp.net services for about 7 years. I had a SQL instance with them and a website. The SQL instance was not used by the website. I had a .net windows app calling and connecting to it. During years they upgraded my database twice without any hassles. I never saw any interruptions or issues in their service and twice called their customer service which were very receptive and kind and quick to respond.
