Discount ComputerReviews of discount-computer.com

First time ordering from you every thing was great and fast

No tax and free shipping! I searched several sites for this computer (even Amazon). Discount Computer had the best price. Ordering process was simple and no fuss.

Easy to navigate. I am now looking for delivery date

Still haven't received the computer yet

Easy to use the website. Computer delivered on time and worked as promised. Easy guide booklet for wetting up Windows 10.....in short, a great experience purchasing a desktop....so good I just also purchased a laptop.

My order still hasn’t shipped.

I haven’t received my product nor an update. Only the shipping information initiated by FedEx but no other response.

Customer services is next to non-existence. When able to get in touch, they do not resolve the problem in an honest way. I've tried to return the laptop i bought. They proceed to tell me that they will take it back if i am willing to pay 20% of the purchase to cover the restocking fee. I ask why didn't they post that message in the return policy. They didn't give me an answer. They then told me the best they can do is lower the restocking fee to 10%. I told them that i will agree if they only charge that 10% on the laptop i bought. Buy not the extra $30 extended warranty. They never reply back with that request. I have twice try to contact them again after that. To no avail. Now i'm stuck with the laptop i don't want. Extremely bad way to deal with customer.
