I'm not sure who the problem is with. However I ordered a couple computers an got email saying it shipped with a tracking number. The number has been making a label for a week. I understand what's going on with covid 19. Just wish there was more communication

The experience was 4out of 5 stars because you guys phone answering system sucks. We hold because it says you are 2callers in que then it sends to voicemail after 8 minutes of holding. No matter how many times I call back this happens. Other than that my experience was cool.

I ordered a laptop on March 21st you sent me an email stating that you shipped it out or March 23, then I had another email stating that it will be delivered to my house on March 26. So I called fedex and I asked about my package they said they just have the label the package hadn't been shipped yet And I did that yesterday on a 27th. When am I going to get my laptop?
