Had they reached out to my doctor about a dosing issue, I would have given them 10 stars. CVS and Walgreens does, but this lack of service is a downside.

A persciption order I depended on was cancelled without my notification. No longer going to use DiRx.

Hi there. When we contacted the pharmacy to request a transfer, there were no refills remaining. When we cancel any order, we send an email to the email address on file to notify. It may have got caught up in your spam folder. But we apologize for the poor experience.
