Ordering was easy. I like the Annual Savings Plan because I have multiple medications, all of which are covered by the plan. Once my prescription was confirmed by my prescriber, it was delivered to me one week later. I'm a new customer and haven't experienced auto-refills which I included in my first orders. If those proceed as well as my initial orders I will be most happy.

Quick and easy ordering. Amazon pharmacy kept cancelling my order and not explaining why. Transferring the prescription took a day or so, price is similar, slightly less. Also the new customer coupon brought my order down even more.

I would give you a 5 star if you would put a receipt in with the medication. I even called and requested one put in but to no avail. Thinking about changing mail orders.

refills are a pain. other online pharmacies make refills easy. just type in the rx number and you are done. not dirx. convoluted bs to get there and then you cancel a refill with no explaination. it would also help if your emails actually listed the drug ordered instead of a number which is useless if you have multiple prescriptions.

I've tried others. None has proven to be as reliable and as efficient as you have been. The RX is correct, the shipping is prompt, and if a renewal is needed, that has been done as well. I'm a fan.
