My initial experience was awful confusion over (my Dog's Rx finally did get corrected which was fine my mistake more so) When corrected and than took 2 more weeks still no RX, Was getting very upset my dog was getting sicker called again. No one seemed to be able to find RX? I needed to call again and I think it was lost needed to get new RX from my Vet and have Vet re OK. Than whoever took care of me that day jumped did everything in their power to process and than I received in 2 days. I appreciated all effort in the end to finally get it.

My order has not been processed for five days. I had to call the office to find out what happened. There was nothing wrong. Maybe they were short-staffed or received a high volume of orders at that time, or I don't know. Anyway, the order was processed on the 6th day and that's why I don't give it five stars. But other than the delay, everything went well.

I was transferring a prescription from GeniusRX. A week went by without hearing anything. I inquired about it and was told GeniusRX was not getting back to them. They said they will send the transfer request again. It then happened a couple days later and my order was processed and mailed quickly. My only complaint is I shouldn't have had to inquire on the holdup. They should have followed through on their own.
