The savings were phenomenal, but the delivery time was not. I had to call, after almost two weeks, before they processed the prescription transfer and sent out the medicine.

I had to provide a fax number so my script could be updated by my provider. This caused a minor delay in obtaining medication. Other than this hiccup, I’m happy with the service and cost .

Do Not recommend, Was a new customer, tried to transfer a RX, stated information that they would contact right away if any issues. Two weeks passed and no phone or email contact. After noticing my order was still in pending status, contacted someone in customer service that told me there was issues with contacting Kroger I verified all contact information for RX with agent, all was good, I even called Kroger to see is any one had tried and failed to transfer, no one had. I canceled the pending order and would never risk any of my RX needs with this organization ever. They do not live up to their stated promises.
