Overall very satisfied with everything. I had to contact customer service when my prescription wasn't filling. They responded quickly and notified me that my physician wasn't responding. After I found out the issue I contacted my physician and everything went smoothly.

It was easy to create a new account to start the prescription mail order process. I called my Doctor’s office to send my existing prescription to DiRX. I got my prescription a few days later. Thank you
