It took almost 3 weeks to receive my meds. I had to call your customere service more than 6 times to follow-up and my provider had to fax the script to you twice. Your service rep I taked to first (male, didn't give name) was particularly unhelpful.

Once I knew how the process worked there were no issues. I had my Dr send in RX to them and my order was processed the same day and RX received in no time. This has helped me in my time of need (in the middle of waiting for new insurance to kick in and can't afford high cost of RX at local pharmacy). My RX is free for me with insurance.

There was quite a bit of co-ordination between my Physician and DiRX, but in the end everything turned out fine.

They were above my expectations and are definitely customer focused. As soon as my doctor called in the RX, it was shipped right away. They were very prompt with my email question, answering immediately to my question. Far far better than my last RX mail order place.

Customer service got me signed up without a hitch and also gave me a coupon for my new business that made my order close to nothing!
